If you are a customer of Butterfly House, a person visiting the Butterfly House website, a person in the Butterfly House mailing database, or otherwise deal with Butterfly House (e.g. in connection with the provision of guide services to Butterfly House), Butterfly House is the controller of your personal data. As we are not a public authority, we are not obliged to have a Data Protection Officer and we do not currently have a Data Protection Officer. - When can I, as a citizen, contact the Butterfly House regarding data protection?
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in breach of the law, you can contact us with your complaint. - For what reason does the Butterfly House process my personal data?
e process your personal data generally for the purpose of fulfilling a contract (for example, if you have purchased a ticket to one of our venues online).
From your personal data, we also process the IP address of the device from which you placed the order.
We also process data about the behaviour of your IP address on our website using Google Analytics. We use the anonymised data for the purpose of tracking traffic to our website. - Do you transfer or share my personal data with other entities?
We share personal data about our customers, or generally only the group leader, to the extent necessary with specific guides, car carriers, shipping companies and other suppliers for the purposes of contract performance.
Personal data is also accessible to PREMIANT CITY TOUR s.r.o., which provides us with an online ordering portal with which we have concluded contracts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR.
All data, including customers' personal data, is stored on clouds on servers in the EU. These services are supplied to us by an external supplier INTERNET CZ, a.s., with whom we have concluded contracts in accordance with the relevant provisions of the GDPR, and who do not have physical access to this data.
Your personal data may also be accessed by our IT service provider. - Do you transfer my personal data to third countries?
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries, i.e. to countries outside the European Union. - I believe that you are not processing my personal data correctly.
In this case, you can contact us directly or you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection. - What rights do I have against you as the controller of my personal data?

This request and its processing is free of charge. However, in justified cases, we may require reimbursement of certain costs (e.g. the cost of a portable disk on which you are provided with a list of all the personal data we process about you). - I have given my consent to Butterfly House to process my personal data and would like to withdraw it.
We do not usually require consent to process personal data from our customers, as we process your data on the basis of other legal grounds, in particular for the performance of a contract. However, if you consent to the processing of some of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on consent given prior to its withdrawal. This means that the processing of your personal data is lawful until you withdraw your consent.
